If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. Orders may be subject to local customs or import duty. Any associated costs are at your expense. If any order is returned to us due to non-payment or non-collection, any loss incurred by us will be on-charged to you.

Availability / Backorders / Out of Stock
Ziba apologises for items that are out of stock. From time to time items listed may be in fact out of stock. However, should this occur we will advise you within 1 business day to offer a refund, or discuss placing the item on back order, otherwise we can help with an alternative product.
If you are using a promo code, please ensure you check that it has been entered and that it comes off your total prior to making payment. We are not able to add promo codes retrospectively.
Exchange and Refund Policy
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you change your mind.
If your item is the wrong size simply contact us within 14 days. We will exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging are in original condition, unused, unworn and with original tags attached, sale items excluded.
Should the item you wish to exchange not be available then we will process a refund.
To arrange an exchange please contact us via email email@example.com – we will supply you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number. We will also provide you with a return address to send your product.
We make every effort to ensure that all items shipped to you are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we will happily organise a replacement or a refund where a replacement cannot be provided.
We want to showcase our products as accurately as possible in our photos. From time to time there may be slight colour variations of fabric due to lighting.
