The Celia cardi can be thrown over anything and everything, a great basic at a great price. This number is designed to be worn open or partly closed featuring three small buttons near the bust, a v-neckline, drop shoulder, and falling below the knee, all in a mid-weight viscose blend. Although it is a slimline design it has a roomy feel about it when worn open. Paired back pants or a skirt, it's a wardrobe stable.
